SHIPPING COSTS We offer various delivery prices to our costumers. Items can be delivered wherever you want and the cost will depend on the delivery address, the method of consignment and eventually the product weight.In case the amount of order exceeds € 500, deliveries to Italy and other European Economic Area (EEA) countries will be free.
Items return is free of charge, where be due, exclusively in case of replacement or store credit.
IT'S NOT AVAILABLE TO DISPARCH OR DELIVER SOME ITEMS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA.
DURING THE PURCHASE PROCESS, IN CASE THE SHIPPING METHOD OR THE COUNTRY SELECTED FOR DELIVERY IS WRONG, REFUND COSTS WILL BE IN CHARGE OF THE COSTUMER.
RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
Mario D'Anna Srl intends to make its Customers fully satisfied.
In case the Customer feels not completely pleased with the purchased products, items can be returned for: size change, item replacement, Store Credit/Voucher or refund in a 14-day period starting from the delivery date.
How to obtain a return
- Articles of clothing have to show no sign of use on them. The seal of warranty must remain untouched; other labels (both woven and hanging from the article) can't be removed or damaged.
- If Mario D'Anna Srl approves of your return request, you will be provided with a Return Authorization number.
- To apply for a return, the Customer has to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within a 14-day period starting from the delivery date. The email must indicate the order number and the purchased item code, specifying if the require is a size change, an item replacement, a credit store or a refund.
- After receiving the return request, in reply Mario D'Anna Srl will send an email including the authorization number, a specific carrier and other instructions needed (using a different carrier will cause the return refuse).
- Mario D'Anna Srl provides for all return shipping costs except if the aim of return is to refund the item price. In this case the shipping cost will be provided by the Customer and deducted from the refund amount.
- The Customer have the returned items sent to the head office within a 14-day period starting from the authorization sent by Mario D'Anna Srl.
1) Size exchange or Item replacement:
- it's possible both the size change and the item replacement (indicate size/item in the return request email).
- only a return item available for each order.
- Mario D'Anna Srl will check availability of items required in its storehouse and let the Customer be informed. In case items required are not available in the storehouse, it will begin the Refund.
- the refund will take place within 15-day after Mario D'Anna Srl receiving the product and controlling it entirely.
- refund will be carried out with the payment method chosen by the Customer or with bank cheque (indicate the IBAN code in the email of authorization request).
3) Store Credit/Voucher
- it expires three months from the date of issuance
- it's indivisible and can be used only once within 6 months from the date of issuance
- it can't be accumulated with other Store Credits and/or whatever sale promotions.
- it must be entirely used for a greater/same-value item.
4) Exchanges and/or returns in store
- items bought on this website are articles of the collection exposed in Mario D'Anna Srl stores, thus it's possible to carry out size changes, item replacements and/or returns.
- articles of clothing mustn't be worn, washed or gone bad.
No sign of use on them.
Shoes soles must be in perfect conditions and show sign of any type.
The security label/mark on soles and/or on other parts of the shoes can't be removed or damaged (in color or shape).
- footwear and accessories must be given back in their original package (considered an essential part of the dispatched product). No alter the package or use it as unique external packing material.
- in case the Customer receives defective items or shipping mistakes of Mario D'Anna Srl happen, it's necessary to follow the instructions mentioned above.
Mario D'Anna Srl reserves the right to demand photographic evidences of defective items before consenting to return.
